Broadband Headend Maintenance Certification Program

Description
The Broadband Headend Maintenance Certification (BHMC) designation demonstrates the Technician’s ability to configure the Headend equipment and perform testing and monitoring of signal integrity, to ensure that FCC and Signal Quality standards are met.

Level 1 Certification is earned by passing a 2-hour written exam. The exam is available both online via the Internet and in hard copy form. Potential candidates must pass the written exam and earn Level 1 Certification prior to scheduling the practical exam for Level 2 Certification.
